APPOINTMENTS, STAFF CHANGES AND HIRING PROCESS. 8.1 Vacancies shall be posted internally for fifteen (15) working days unless the Employer and the Union agree to a longer or shorter period. A copy of each posting will be sent to:
a) All active employees by posting on the bulletin board.
b) All employees on the re-employment list.
c) Employees who are absent from work for the total duration of a posting and who have advised the Employer in writing they want to receive postings during their absence.
