Common use of Outside Professional Activities Clause in Contracts

Outside Professional Activities. The Superintendent may undertake consultative work, speaking engagements, writing, lecturing, or other professional duties and obligations, with or without compensation, provided they do not interfere with or conflict with the Superintendent’s performance of her duties under this Agreement.
