Any additional equipment necessary must be pre-approved by WCHS and supplied and paid for by the renter. • Rented and other equipment may not be dropped off prior to the contract time frame and must be removed from the Shadelands Ranch premises within contract time frame. Any material or decorations left on the premises before or after the contracted time are left at the Renters own risk. WCHS does not have facilities for secured storage. The WCHS will NOT be responsible in any way for items left behind on its premises.
