Outside Trash Enclosure. A. The operator shall establish and implement a written cannabis waste management plan that describes the method or methods by which the operator shall dispose of cannabis waste, as applicable to the operator’s activities. The operator shall dispose of cannabis waste in compliance with section 17223 of Department of Cannabis Control regulations. The operator shall not dispose of cannabis waste in any outside trash receptacle on the property.
