Common use of Over-Scale Employees Clause in Contracts

Over-Scale Employees. ‌ An employee that is over scale shall, for each complete year of service with the Employer from January through December, receive one hundred dollars ($100) prorated according to the employee’s current FTE status not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000), provided that the employee has not had a break in service. A break of service is defined as a separation of thirty (30) days or greater. This shall be payable on the first full pay period in March.
