Overdraft Service. The Credit Union may, as a discretionary service and not as a right of yours or obligation to you, pay overdrafts up to a limit determined by your individual account activity. If there is more than one owner on an account, all owners are jointly and severally liable for repayment of any overdraft balance. Overdraft Service. The Credit Union mayGenerally, as our overdraft service is included on your account at the time you open it. This means that should you inadvertently overdraw your account, we have the discretion to pay your overdraft item. The Credit Union reserves the right available at all times to pay any checks or items in the order they are presented or received and in accordance with normal operating procedures for such checks, items, or transactions. You will be charged an NSF/Returned Item fee for each paid overdraft check or item as set forth in the Rate and Fee Scheduleall customers. There is no limit fee for this service. We pay overdrafts at our discretion. We do not guarantee we will always pay a transaction that would result in an overdraft. Even if we have paid overdraft transactions before, we are not required to pay them in the number future. We may pay or not pay (return) any transaction if your Account balance is less than the amount of overdrafts paid or fees incurred on any one (1) daythat transaction. You agree to hold us harmless for any decision we make to not pay an overdraft. The available balance shown to you in the ONE App may not be the same amount used to pay your overdraft balancetransactions as some transactions may not be displayed to you when we make our determination. Under no circumstance, including applicable overdraft fees, is due and payable upon demandwill we authorize a transaction that would result in a negative balance in your Checking Tab exceeding $200. If there is more than one owner on an account, all owners are jointly and severally liable for repayment You must immediately pay the amount of any overdraft balanceoverdraft. Accounts We may be closed for failure report you to repay overdraft balances and the Credit Union will report account closures to applicable consumer reporting agencies, close your Account, or both if you fail to repay an overdraft. The Credit Union offers This could affect your ability to open accounts in the future. Subject to applicable law, you authorize us to use the money from any subsequent deposits to your Spend Pocket (including but not limited to a direct deposit of Social Security or any other state or federal benefit payment) to repay an overdraft service as or other negative balance. You authorize us to use funds in a convenience pocket other than your Checking Tab or any other account you have at the Bank to members for incidental overdraftsrepay any unpaid overdraft or negative balance. The Credit Union does not encourage repeated account overdrawsYou agree to pay all costs and expenses we incur in collecting any overdraft or negative balance. We may still pursue collection of the amount you owe (including litigation) after it is charged off. It’s your responsibility to avoid overdrawing your Account.
