Overload Compensation. All equated load hours in excess of fifteen (15), or clock hours in excess of 560, in each semester shall be compensated at the rate of the highest prevailing compensation paid per load hour to part-time faculty but no less than the previous academic year’s load hour rate during this Agreement.
