Common use of Overload Online Teaching Compensation Clause in Contracts

Overload Online Teaching Compensation. (a) If enrolment on the first day of the second week of classes is forty (40) or more, the Member shall receive a Sessional Stipend, or a course release in a future term. (b) If enrolment on the first day of the second week of classes is less than forty (40) students, the Member’s compensation shall be adjusted to the following: i. Where the enrolment is less than twenty (20) students, the Member shall receive one half the Sessional Stipend; or ii. Where the enrolment is between twenty (20) and thirty-nine (39) students, the Member shall receive two-thirds the Sessional Stipend.
