OVERRIDING CONDITIONS. In all instances, until the completion of the Project, conditions laid down by the [Funding Body] or its successor will override any agreement between the Partner Institutions, including any terms contained in this Agreement. [A Funding Body may sometimes require, as part of the funding award contract, that a project Consortium Agreement contains a clause allowing the Funding Body to intervene in decisions made by the Project Partners]
OVERRIDING CONDITIONS. 5.1 All Parties have a responsibility to contribute towards and properly perform their roles and responsibilities in accordance with this Partnership Agreement and the Epping Forest SAMM Strategy as detailed in Schedule 1.

OVERRIDING CONDITIONS. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Consortium Agreement and those of a Project-Specific Agreement, the former will take precedence over the latter.
