Common use of OVERTIME AND PREMIUM PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

OVERTIME AND PREMIUM PAYMENTS. (a) Whenever the Company is unable to satisfy the weekly work schedule notice requirements as stipulated in Section 15.02 (c) of this Article, then the employee, whose weekly work schedule starting and/or quitting time has changed, shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) for all hours worked outside of his/her scheduled weekly starting or quitting time for the remainder of the employee’s weekly work schedule. For the purposes of this article, the hours paid as PTO and Holiday, will be considered as hours worked.
