Call In/Call Back. Effective upon legislative approval of this Agreement, employees who have left work after the end of their scheduled work shift and who are called in or called back for other than their regularly scheduled work shift, other than a continuous extension thereof, shall be compensated as follows:

Call In/Call Back. 10.1 The Employer retains the right to call in or call back employees before an employee has started a normal work day or normal work week and after an employee has completed a normal work day or normal work week.
Call In/Call Back. (a) i) Where a nurse is called in to work outside her regularly scheduled working hours, or where a nurse is called back from standby, she shall receive time and one half (1½) her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked with a minimum guarantee of two (2) hours pay at time and one half (1½) her regular straight time hourly rate except to the extent that such two (2) hour period overlaps or extends into her regularly schedule shift. In such a case, she will receive time and one half (1½) her regular straight time hourly rate for actual hours worked up to the commencement of her regular shift.
Call In/Call Back. Employees shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of pay at the employee’s regular hourly rate under the following conditions:  When the University requires an employee to report to work on a day the employee is not otherwise scheduled  When employees are contacted at home by a supervisor or designee, and are required to leave their residence to perform University business. This section will not apply to:  Any time addressed in the section entitled “Court Appearances”  Any time contiguous with the employee’s normally scheduled shift  Any time scheduled at least two weeks in advance  Any time that is due to an employee not filling out his or her time sheet
Call In/Call Back. Any employee called in to work at a time they are not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at the overtime rate, irrespective of the number of hours worked in that day or week. Call back/call in time as used in this section means time an employee is requested to work after he/she has left the job at the completion of his/her regular shift. It does not apply to a continuous extension of regular part- time assignment.
Call In/Call Back. When the University calls an employee in to work on a day the employee is not otherwise scheduled or requires an employee to report back to work after conclusion of the employee’s normal work schedule and the call-in/call-back period is not contiguous with the employee’s normally scheduled shift, the employee shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of pay at the employee’s regular hourly rate. Employees who are contacted at home by a supervisor or designee and are required to leave their residence to perform University business shall receive call-in/call-back pay.
Call In/Call Back. An employee who is called back to work after completion of her shift shall receive compensation at the rate of time one one-half (1 ½) covering the whole period she is required to be absent from her residence for such call with a minimum of four (4) hours. A full-time employee may choose to be compensated by pay or equivalent banked paid hours, where such banked hours will be taken off at a time that is mutually agreeable to the employee and the employer. A part-time employee will be compensated by pay.
