Common use of OVERTIME AND WORKING DAYS Clause in Contracts

OVERTIME AND WORKING DAYS. 13.4.1 In order to provide sufficient control of work, the Contractor shall be required to inform the City of University City of scheduled overtime work, including work on Saturdays, Sundays, and City holidays as given below at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of any such work. If the Contractor fails to appear on a scheduled overtime period, the City shall deduct the cost for the City's assigned personnel from the Contract Sum for the time period scheduled.
