OVERTIME, CALL BACK AND STANDBY. Overtime 8.01 (a) Overtime is defined as pre-authorized time worked by a full-time employee on a day of rest, on a designated paid holiday or on a regularly scheduled workday in excess of seven and one half (7 ½ ) hours.
