Overtime Definitions. a. Unless modified elsewhere in this Agreement, overtime shall be defined, and paid in accordance with the following: 1. time worked in excess of forty (40) hours in a workweek; 2. time worked in excess of eight (8) hours on a workday; 3. time worked on a non-workday; 4. time worked on a contractual holiday; 5. time worked during an employee's regular lunch period.
