Overtime Eligible Bargaining Unit Members. 1. If an overtime eligible bargaining unit member is called back to work within four (4) hours after the completion of the member's shift, the member shall be paid recall premium pay at a rate of one and one-half (1.5) times the bargaining unit member's regular rate of pay for actual hours worked. Regular rate of pay is the applicable rate for regularly scheduled work.
