Common use of Overtime Fees Clause in Contracts

Overtime Fees. The Parent(s) agrees to pay overtime fees of $ per minute if the child(ren) is not picked up by the scheduled time as noted above. If the child(ren) is not picked up within minutes after the scheduled time, the per minute overtime fee will start accruing from the scheduled time. This overtime fee shall be paid with the next scheduled payment.
