Overtime Meal Breaks and Meal Allowance. (a) (i) When an employee works two (2) hours or less Overtime, which is continuous with either the beginning or end of their scheduled tour, they will be paid their overtime wages but there will be no paid rest period, meal break, or associated meal allowance.
