Overtime or Premium Time on a Holiday. When a nurse works any 8 time on a holiday that otherwise would be paid at the overtime rate or a premium 9 rate other than the time and one-half premium described in 8.8 above, the nurse 10 will receive two and one-half times the normal rate of pay instead of the overtime 11 or premium rate.
