Overtime Rates on Normal Work Days. All time worked outside the normal work day shall be deemed to be overtime. Overtime shall be paid for at the rate of time and a half for the first two (2) hours and double time thereafter.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • Normal Work Day The normal work day shall be eight (8) hours and the normal work week shall be forty (40) hours, Monday through Friday, provided however that nothing herein shall be construed as guaranteeing any EMPLOYEE eight (8) hours of work per day or forty (40) hours per week. A single shift shall consist of eight (8) hours of continuous employment, except for unpaid lunch period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.
