Common use of Overtime Work Clause in Contracts

Overtime Work. 1. The Parties, in consonance with applicable laws and regulations, agree that occasionally the Agency will need employees to work in excess of their regular work hours (overtime) in order to meet mission requirements. Employees will be compensated for overtime work IAW applicable laws and regulations, regardless of whether the work is performed on a voluntary basis, or as directed (involuntary) by the Agency in order to support the Agency's mission.

Overtime Work. 1.
