Owner’s Conditions. Owner’s obligations under this Agreement to Close Escrow are subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions at or prior to the Closing Date, each of which shall be deemed waived unless Owner exercises its rights pursuant to Section 8.3 below to terminate the Agreement or to extend the time for the Closing:
