OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS are licensed to Wizmo from an affiliate of the Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”). All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS (and the constituent elements thereof, including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and “applets” incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS) are owned by Microsoft or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Your possession, access, or use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS does not transfer any ownership of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS or any intellectual property rights to you.

OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. The Software Products are copyrighted by Vigilant and remain the property of Vigilant. The license granted under this Agreement is not a sale of the Software Products or any copy. Customer owns the physical media on which the Software Products are installed, but Vigilant retains title and ownership of the Software Products and all other materials included as part of the Software Products.

OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. Partner acknowledges and agrees that, except for the limited license rights provided in Sections 5.1 and 5.4, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to grant, whether expressly, by implication, estoppel, forfeiture or otherwise, any ownership, license, entitlement or other proprietary rights under any foreign or domestic law governing inventions, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, copyrights or with respect to the Source Code, or with respect to the Software Product(s) or any accompanying documentation, or with respect to any modifications of the Software Product or derivative works or adaptations thereof or improvements thereto, all of which shall be exclusively owned by ESET.

As the Software Products are created, developed, and provided by a third-party, ReliaQuest can only provide such license rights as permitted by the third party. Software Products provided under any open source licensing model are governed solely by such open source licensing terms, which prevail over this Agreement. ReliaQuest and its third-party suppliers, as applicable, shall retain exclusive ownership of all Software Products and retain all intellectual property rights, title, and interest therein. Software Products are not sold to Customer and Customer will not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise recreate the source code of a Software Product.
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE PRODUCTS. The SOFTWARE PRODUCTS are licensed to [COMPANY] from MSLI, GP ("Microsoft"), Nevada general partnership and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS) are owned by Microsoft or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. Nothing herein grants you any rights to use such content.

  • Ownership of Software The Parties acknowledge that any software provided by the Authority is and remains the property of the Authority.

  • Proprietary Software Depending upon the products and services You elect to access through Electronic Access, You may be provided software owned by BNY Mellon or licensed to BNY Mellon by a BNY Mellon Supplier (“Proprietary Software”). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the Proprietary Software on Your authorized computer system (including mobile devices registered with BNY Mellon) and to use the Proprietary Software solely for Your own internal purposes in connection with Electronic Access and solely for the purposes for which it is provided to You. You and Your Users may make copies of the Proprietary Software for backup purposes only, provided all copyright and other proprietary information included in the original copy of the Proprietary Software are reproduced in or on such backup copies. You shall not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or attempt to determine the source code for, any Proprietary Software. Any attempt to circumvent or penetrate security of Electronic Access is strictly prohibited.

  • OWNERSHIP OF WORK All reports, work product, all other documents completed or partially completed by Contractor or its approved subcontractors, in performance of this Agreement, and if applicable, drawings, designs, and plan review comments shall become the property of the City. Any and all copyrightable subject matter in all materials is hereby assigned to the City and the Contractor and its approved subcontractors agree to execute any additional documents that may be necessary to evidence such assignment. All materials shall be delivered to the City upon completion or termination of the work under this Agreement. If any materials are lost, damaged or destroyed before final delivery to the City, the Contractor shall replace them at its own expense. Contractor and its approved subcontractors shall keep materials confidential. Materials shall not be used for purposes other than performance of services under this Agreement and shall not be disclosed to anyone not connected with these services, unless the City provides prior written consent.
