Packing and transport container- account. Each container movement between the SUPPLIER and the plants of the XX. XXXXXXXXX association will be booked on the respective container account using the system of double bookkeeping. The accounts will be provided for control either by XX. XXXXXXXXX or the SUPPLIER, depending on individual agreements. The control has to be made within an adequate period of time. The accounts have to be adjusted at regular intervals depending on the volume and they are the basis for the calculation of inventory differences. XX. XXXXXXXXX reserves the right to invoice all costs occurred due to the noncompliance of the adjustment of accounts to the SUPPLIER. Packaging and container inventories have to be made as required and as instructed. However, at least one inventory has to be made per year, i.e. on 31.12. at the latest. In case the SUPPLIER does not make an inventory, the SUPPLIER will get a ZERO rating. The SUPPLIER is obliged to participate in inventories.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings.
