PAGA Amount. Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($12,500.00) of the Gross Settlement Amount has been designated as the “PAGA Amount” as described above. Each PAGA Employee shall receive a portion of the PAGA Amount proportionate to the number of workweeks that he or she worked during this PAGA Period which will be calculated by multiplying the PAGA Amount by a fraction, the numerator of which is the PAGA Employee’s number of workweeks worked as a non-exempt employee during this time period, and the denominator of which is the total number of workweeks worked by all PAGA Employees.

PAGA Amount. Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($5,000.00) of the Gross Settlement Amount has been designated as the “PAGA Amount” as described above. Each PAGA Employee who worked during this time period shall receive a portion of the PAGA Amount, and which will be calculated by multiplying the PAGA Amount by a fraction, the numerator of which is the PAGA Employees’ number of workweeks worked during this time period, and the denominator of which is the total number of workweeks worked by all PAGA Employees during this time period.

PAGA Amount. Subject to Court approval, the Parties agree that the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) of the GSA will be allocated to the resolution of any claims arising under PAGA. Pursuant to PAGA, 75%, or Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($75,000), of the PAGA Amount will be paid to , and 25%, or Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), of the PAGA Amount will be paid to PAGA Members based on the number of pay periods worked by any individual PAGA Member in relation to the number of pay periods worked by all PAGA Members during the PAGA Period . Defendants retain the right to oppose a request for a PAGA Amount exceeding this amount. If the PAGA Amount approved by the Court is less than the specific amount, it does not give rise to a basis to abrogate this Settlement Agreement. Any unapproved amount of the PAGA Amount shall be allocated to the NSA and be apportioned to Settlement Class Members as described in Paragraph 5 of this Settlement Agreement.

PAGA Amount. As noted above, $10,000.00 has been designated as the “PAGA Amount.” Each Settlement Class member (whether or not they opt out) who was employed by VOX in a Covered Position at any time during the PAGA Period shall receive a portion of the PAGA Amount proportionate to the number of pay periods that he or she worked for VOX in a Covered Position in California during the PAGA Period. This will be calculated by multiplying the PAGA Amount by a fraction, the numerator of which is the Settlement Class member’s number of pay periods worked during this period, and the denominator of which is the total number of pay periods worked by all Settlement Class members during that time period. The remainder of the Net Settlement Amount (i.e., after the PAGA Amount is deducted) shall be distributed as follows:
