Paid Meal Periods. An employee requested to work overtime beyond his/her regular workday shall be allowed a half-hour meal period paid at overtime rates, provided that: (a) such overtime is in excess of two hours; and (b) not more than one hour has elapsed between the end of his/her regular workday and the start of the overtime. The meal period may be taken before, during or after the overtime, subject to mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee.
