Paid Sick Days. Full-time and regular part-time employees who have completed the initial probationary period shall receive sick leave credit of one (1) sick leave day (pro-rata for regular part-time) at the completion of each one (1) month’s service. Accumulation of unused sick leave shall be unlimited.
