Common use of Paid Sick Leave Waivers Clause in Contracts

Paid Sick Leave Waivers. The bargaining parties also expressly agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to waive any paid sick leave provisions of the following local paid sick leave ordinances: San Francisco (Administrative Code Section 12W), Oakland (Municipal Code Section 592 et.seq.), Emeryville (Municipal Code Title 0, Xxxxxxx 00), Xxxxxxxx (Municipal Code, Section 13.100). In addition, to the fullest extent permitted by law, this waiver shall apply to any other Federal, State, City, County or other local ordinance requiring mandatory Paid Sick Leave that may be adopted during the term of this agreement.
