Common use of Paid Time Off Accrual Rate Clause in Contracts

Paid Time Off Accrual Rate. Each permanent full-time employee at Xxxxxxxxx Medical Center in the unit shall earn PTO according to the following accrual schedule: • 0-5 years of service 31 days per year (9:32 hours per pay period) • After 5 to I 0 years of service 36 days per year ( 11:05 hours per pay period) • After 10 years of service 42 days per year (12:55 hours per pay period) Permanent part-time employees shall accrue PTO benefits per hours based on FTE status.
