Paid Time Off for Medical Practitioner Appointment. (a) An employee who has been injured at work and has returned to work will be granted reasonable paid-time off from work for necessary return visits to the medical practitioner in relation to the on-the-job injury. The payment for such time off will be conditional on the Company receiving a medical practitioner’s certificate and confirmation that the injury as a compensable on-the-job injury. It is the responsibility of the employee to provide the Company with notice of the necessity for leave as soon as the employee knows of the medical practitioner’s appointment.
