Paid Times. (a) Employees shall be at their place of work at the starting time (as designated by the Contractor) performing their assigned functions. The parties reaffirm their policy of a fair day's work for a fair day's wage. (b) A worker is entitled to pickup time at the end of each work day, the particular amount of such pickup time depending upon accessability to the area to which the employee is assigned. The amount of pickup time will be determined by mutual agreement at a jobsite conference between representatives of the Unions, DSI/PCI and representatives of the Contractors.

  • Lead Times Lead times for delivery of the Products are set forth in Schedule B to this Agreement (the “Lead Times”). Supplier shall deliver Products ordered by S&W by the applicable Delivery Date set forth in S&W’s Order, so long as the Delivery Date is consistent with the Lead Times. If applicable Lead Times are not set forth in Schedule B, the Delivery Date shall be such date as reasonably agreed to by the parties.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with Company’s policy in place from time to time; provided, however, that Executive shall be eligible to accrue no less than twenty (20) days per calendar year (with such amount prorated for the balance of 2017).

  • Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to take paid time off in accordance with the Company’s applicable paid time off policy for executives, as may be in effect from time to time.

  • Banked Time The implementation of these provisions shall not be considered to be a layoff. 8.

  • Contract Times The number of days or the dates stated in the Agreement to: (i) achieve Substantial Completion; and (ii) complete the Work so that it is ready for final payment as evidenced by Architect's or Owner’s representative’s written recommendation of final payment.

  • Response Times Qubit bases its response times and the actions it takes to resolve problems on an assessment of the impact of the reported technical issue. The more serious the impact, the higher the assigned priority.   • Lead Time The Distributor shall submit purchase orders to AOS in accordance with a lead time of twenty-eight (28) to one hundred and twenty (120) days according to the schedule advised by AOS. In no event shall the lead time for Non-standard Products be less than two (2) months. AOS shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver units of Product at the times set forth in AOS’s written acceptances of the Distributor’s purchase orders.

  • Extended Time An employee whose regular teaching contract has extended time added to it shall be compensated at his/her per diem rate in effect at the time the extended time is scheduled to be performed.

  • PAID FOR TIME Wages for properly selected vacations, in all instances, will be paid to the employees no later than the workday prior to their vacation. If the employee does not receive his/her vacation check, the Employer will make all reasonable efforts to provide the check the following day including delivery by Saturday or Next Day Air. If the employee requests to see his vacation check on the Monday as permitted below and the Employer fails to make the vacation payment available by Saturday following the employee’s regular scheduled pay day the employee shall be paid an additional amount equal to one-half (1/2) of his or her daily guarantee at his or her regular hourly rate for every subsequent pay period until the shortage is corrected. Other shortages involving more than fifty forty ($40.00) ($50.00) dollars for full-time employees, and twenty ($20.00) twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for part-time employees, will be corrected and the payment will be made available to the employee at his/her reporting location on his/her second scheduled workday after reporting the shortage. If the Employer fails to make the payment available on the employee’s second scheduled workday and the shortage was the result of the Employer’s error, the employee will be paid an additional amount equal to one-half (1/2) of his/her daily guarantee at his/her regular hourly rate for every full pay period in which the shortage is not paid after the second (2nd) scheduled work day, until corrected. Errors of less than fifty ($50.00) forty ($40.00) dollars for full-time employees or twenty-five ($25.00) twenty ($20.00) dollars for part- time employees and overages will be corrected in the following weekly paycheck. The Union and Employer shall have the authority at any level of the grievance procedure to award a penalty up to the amount specified in the prior paragraph for any violation of the provision. If an employee works in different classifications during a shift that are paid at different rates, the different hours and rates shall be available for review electronically by an employee on a Company maintained website. Any grievance payments included on a paycheck will also be available for review by affected employees electronically with the applicable identifying grievance number on a website maintained by the Employer. Nothing in this paragraph is intended to eliminate any local practices regarding availability of data regarding grievance settlements.

  • Vacation; Paid Time Off During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time. The Executive shall receive other paid time-off in accordance with applicable law and the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time.
