PAID FOR TIME. Wages for properly selected vacations, in all instances, will be paid to the employees no later than the workday prior to their vacation. If the employee does not receive his/her vacation check, the Employer will make all reasonable efforts to provide the check the following day including delivery by Saturday or Next Day Air. If the employee requests to see his vacation check on the Monday as permitted below and the Employer fails to make the vacation payment available by Saturday following the employee’s regular scheduled pay day the employee shall be paid an additional amount equal to one-half (1/2) of his or her daily guarantee at his or her regular hourly rate for every subsequent pay period until the shortage is corrected. Other shortages involving more than fifty forty ($40.00) ($50.00) dollars for full-time employees, and twenty ($20.00) twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for part-time employees, will be corrected and the payment will be made available to the employee at his/her reporting location on his/her second scheduled workday after reporting the shortage. If the Employer fails to make the payment available on the employee’s second scheduled workday and the shortage was the result of the Employer’s error, the employee will be paid an additional amount equal to one-half (1/2) of his/her daily guarantee at his/her regular hourly rate for every full pay period in which the shortage is not paid after the second (2nd) scheduled work day, until corrected. Errors of less than fifty ($50.00) forty ($40.00) dollars for full-time employees or twenty-five ($25.00) twenty ($20.00) dollars for part- time employees and overages will be corrected in the following weekly paycheck. The Union and Employer shall have the authority at any level of the grievance procedure to award a penalty up to the amount specified in the prior paragraph for any violation of the provision. If an employee works in different classifications during a shift that are paid at different rates, the different hours and rates shall be available for review electronically by an employee on a Company maintained website. Any grievance payments included on a paycheck will also be available for review by affected employees electronically with the applicable identifying grievance number on a website maintained by the Employer. Nothing in this paragraph is intended to eliminate any local practices regarding availability of data regarding grievance settlements.
PAID FOR TIME. All employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid for all time spent in the service of the Employer. Time shall be computed from the time an employee reports and is available until the time he/she is effectively cleared from duty. Road drivers will be paid on a mileage basis for miles driven and for time incidental to the performance of driving duties, including, but not limited to, any rest breaks to which the employee may be entitled, pre-trip inspections, in-route breaks, in-route tire checks, logging, post trip inspection, vehicle condition report, traffic delays, AVR arrival/dispatches, reporting of breakdown, reporting of accidents, tractor wash, check bay time, reefer checks and pre-trip shop time. Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement, all other time spent by a road driver on the clock shall be compensated at the local cartage wage rate for dock-work.
PAID FOR TIME. Testing - Except for drug tests taken in conjunction with a DOT physical, the employee will be paid their regular straight time hourly rate of pay in the following manner:

Time shall be computed from the time that the employee is ordered to report for work and registers in and until the employee is effectively released from duty. All time lost due to delays as a result of overloads or certificate violations involving federal, state or city regulations, which occur through no fault of the driver, shall be paid for by the Employer. The Employer will not allow employees to work prior to their start time without appropriate compensation.
PAID FOR TIME. 31.1 All employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid for all time spent in the service of OC. The rate of pay provided for shall be no less than the rates specified in this Agreement. Time shall be computed from the time that employees are ordered to report for work or registers in, whichever is later, until they have performed their scheduled duties. In the event that employees are required to travel to OC locations or other distant locations, time will be computed on a portal-to-portal basis.
PAID FOR TIME. (a) All employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid for all time spent in service of the Employer. Rates of pay provided for by this Agreement shall be minimums.
PAID FOR TIME. No mechanic shall be called in from his/her home after his/her reg- ular schedule of daily hours for less than four (4) hours of pay at his/her overtime rate. However, should an employee be called in less than four (4) hours before his/her normal starting time, he/she will then be paid from the time he/she started to his/her normal time at the overtime rate. Any employee who is called in before his/her regular starting time will be granted the opportunity of working out his/her regular shift. Any employee injured on the job and having to be relieved to go home shall suffer no loss in pay for the day affected: full-time employees eight (8) hours, extra men four (4) hours. Any employee who is absent through sickness or injury shall receive his/her regular position upon returning to work physically fit.
PAID FOR TIME. All employees shall be paid for all time spent in the service of the employer. Time will be figured from the time an employee is required to begin his/her work until he/she is released from duty.
PAID FOR TIME. (a) When a driver and/or owner-driver reports after being called to work and is held up or delayed for loads or bills or equipment, he shall be paid at the appropriate rate per hour; provided, however, that such delays result in a loading time in excess of the loading time allowance per vehicle. Any such compensation paid to an owner-driver is not to be deducted from his truck earnings. With respect to owner-drivers only, any delay arising out of breakdown of tractor and/or tire failure is to be excluded. Absent a local agreement, a driver will be paid fifteen (15) minutes for self-fueling his truck on the road. Equipment Shopping
