Contract Time(s) definition

Contract Time(s) means the number of days or dates related to the construction phase, as stated in construction documents that apply to achievement of substantial completion and/or full completion of the Work.

Contract Time(s) means the time set forth in Article 4 subject to Contract Amendments in accordance with this Agreement.

Contract Time(s) means, as to the entire Work, as to each phase of the Work if the Work is to be done in phases and as to each portion of the Work that the Owner has agreed to accept separately, (I) the Date of Commencement, (II) any interim milestone dates agreed to by Owner and XXXX, (III) the time for Substantial Completion, and (IV) the time for Final Completion, as specified in this Article 5 and if there is to be phasing as provided in accordance with Section 5.7.1 below.

• A Work Change Directive will not change the Contract Price or the Contract Times but is evidence that the parties expect that the change ordered or documented by a Work Change Directive will be incorporated in a subsequently issued Change Order following negotiations by the parties as to its effect, if any, on the Contract Price or Contract Times.

• Engineer’s determination will be evidenced by a Field Order or a proposed Change Order accounting for the substitution itself and all related impacts, including changes in Contract Price or Contract Times.

• Contractor shall start to perform the Work on the date when the Contract Times commence to run.

• A demand or assertion by Owner or Contractor seeking an adjustment of Contract Price or Contract Times, or both, or other relief with respect to the terms of the Contract.

Contract Time(s) means the time stated in Article 3, subject to Job Order Adjustments or extensions as permitted by this Contract.

Contract Time(s) means the number of days or the dates by which Contractor shall: (a) achieve Milestones, if any; (b) achieve Substantial Completion; and (c) complete the Work.

Contract Time(s) means the Day(s) set forth in Article 3 subject to adjustment in accordance with this Contract.
