Panel Co-Chairs. The Chief Administrative Officer or designee and the President of the Union or designee shall each be responsible for keeping the Superintendent apprised of the implementation of the Program, and for co-chairing the PAR Panel. The Panel shall select the Panel Chair, one of the Co-Chairs on a rotating basis.
