Common use of PAR Program Coordination Clause in Contracts

PAR Program Coordination. The panel shall be assisted by a District-level administrator, who shall supervise the Consulting Teachers, coordinate appropriate training, and provide other program support the Panel may require; such as monitoring the program and coordinating a written report. The District shall designate a secretary to provide secretarial and clerical support to the Panel. The cost of the administrator and the secretarial/clerical support shall be an expense charged against the budget of this program, not to exceed the 5% maximum stipulated by PAR legislation.
