PARENT AWARD. This Agreement shall be read in conjunction with the State Electricians and "C" Award (NSW). In the event of any inconsistency between this agreement and the award, the terms of this agreement shall prevail.

PARENT AWARD. Provided that, in each relevant Award category, where there is any inconsistency, this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
PARENT AWARD. 5.1 This Agreement is supplementary to, and shall be read and interpreted wholly in conjunction with, the Building Construction Industry Award State 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the “Parent Award”) being a Notional Agreement Preserving a State Award (NAPSA). The terms and conditions of the Parent Award, excluding those clauses outlined in clause 5.3 herein, are expressly preserved by this Agreement as if the same were set out in full herein and shall be binding upon the parties during the operation of this Agreement if not otherwise prohibited by law. No other Award or Certified Agreement (State or Federal) shall apply in relation to the employees covered by this Agreement.
PARENT AWARD. This Agreement shall be read in conjunction with the Poultry Industry Preparation (State) Award (IRC no 7320 of 2004), The provisions of this Agreement shall override the provisions of the award where so mentioned. Where this Agreement is silent, the provisions of the award shall apply.
PARENT AWARD. This Agreement is a stand-alone agreement. Work undertaken at the Union Switch & Signal Pty Ltd Workshop and on-site locations, is involved in the Railway Signalling Industry. For the purposes of the ‘no disadvantage test’ the Electrical Contracting Industry Award will be used. PARENT AWARD. This Agreement totally regulates the terms and conditions of employment for employees covered by this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, if no other Agreement has been agreed between the Company and the employees and/or their nominated representatives, the PFD Food Services (Qld) Pty Ltd Sales and Distribution Enterprise Award (the "Consent Award") will regulate the employees’ terms and conditions of employment
PARENT AWARD. For the duration of this Agreement, this Agreement shall be read and interpreted wholly in conjunction with the: • Metal Engineering & Associated Industries Award 1998 Provided where the aforementioned Awards contain what is considered under the Workplace Relations Act 1996, non-allowable matters or prohibited content then all or any such provisions will have no application. Provided further where there is any inconsistency between the relevant Award and this Agreement, then the terms of this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
PARENT AWARD. This Agreement is to be read and applied in conjunction with the Butcher’s Wholesale (Newcastle and Northern) Award 2005, as varied from time to time. Wherever the terms of this Agreement are inconsistent with the terms of the Award, the terms of this Agreement are to be applied.
