Parental Complaint. In the event a Professional Employee receives a parental complaint, the employee should attempt to resolve the difficulty by meeting with the parent. In the event that either party feels that the matter cannot be resolved by an employee-parent conference, or the matter is not resolved at an employee-parent conference, then the conflict resolution conference steps listed below will be initiated:
