Parental leave and other entitlements. An employee may in lieu of or in conjunction with parental leave, access any annual leave or long service leave entitlements which they have accrued subject to the total amount of leave not exceeding the maximum period provided for under this Agreement for that category of parental leave or a period longer as agreed.
