Parental Leave Compensation. i. The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of base wages on the first eight (8) weeks of the parental leave of absence; and ii. During the following four (4) weeks of a parental leave, bargaining unit employees may use accumulated sick leave to receive pay.
