PARKLAND DEDICATION CREDIT. The Developer, by this off-site dedication, is not requesting and will not be granted by the City any parkland credit for land dedication applicable toward any subsequent parkland requirement within the Ventanas Unit Four Land Study Area (Park Zone E9), as shown on Exhibit “B,” which is attached hereto for all purposes, pursuant to any applicable provisions of the El Paso Municipal Code, hereinafter referred to as “Code.”

PARKLAND DEDICATION CREDIT. The Developer, by this off-site dedication, is hereby granted a 1.61-acre parkland credit for Gateway Estates Unit 1 Replat G, a 2.67-acre parkland credit for Gateway Estates #1 Replat H, and 0.49 acre parkland credit for parkland dedication applicable toward any subsequent parkland requirement within future residential development within Phases III and IV of the Gateway Estates Land Study, subject to the provisions of the Agreement. All other "Park Sites" shown on the Gateway Estates Phase III and IV Land Study shall not change in size or location as a result of this off-site dedication.

PARKLAND DEDICATION CREDIT. Developer shall receive credit for the dedication of parks, paseos and the retail plaza (by fee or easement) and costs of all improvements thereto for those park facilities referenced in the Tentative Map Conditions of Approval. Final calculations of park credit shall be calculated by the City Engineer and Economic & Community Development Director in connection with the first final subdivision map approved by City pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Vacation Credit Any outstanding vacation entitlement for a person going on LTD will be paid in cash upon expiry of sick leave. The cash payment will be calculated on the base earnings at the expiration of sick leave for the prorated days of vacation entitlement, any outstanding lieu days, any outstanding floating statutory holidays, and banked time for 40-hour per week employees. No vacation entitlement, floating holidays, or banked time for 40-hour per week employees accrues while a member is in receipt of LTD benefits.

  • Lodgement of SWS wage assessment agreement C.6.1 All SWS wage assessment agreements under the conditions of this schedule, including the appropriate percentage of the relevant minimum wage to be paid to the employee, must be lodged by the employer with Fair Work Australia.

  • OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION This Contract has been entered into in direct support of LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Contract are the sole property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to be applied to the offset program of its choice. SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.

  • Vacation Credits All employees shall participate in the County’s Terminal Pay Plan (Plan). However, only the terminal paychecks (including unused vacation) of those employees who have reached the age of fifty-five (55) shall be placed into the Plan. These terminal paychecks shall be placed into the Plan on a pre-tax basis in accordance with the Plan, all applicable laws and all rules and regulations applicable to the Plan.
