Part Day Travelling Allowance. It is recognised that employees may be required to be absent for more than a standard day when travelling to attend meetings in regional areas or interstate. To compensate an employee for time spent travelling and additional costs, an employee who is required to be absent from the employee’s usual place of work on official business for a period of not less than 10 hours but is not absent overnight, may be paid $100.
