Common use of PART-TIME EMPLOYEE RATES Clause in Contracts

PART-TIME EMPLOYEE RATES. A part-time employee shall be paid a rate of salary representing the proportion of the salary payable in respect of full-time employment in the appointment occupied by the employee that the number of hours during the week bears to 40.
