Part-time Employees General Holidays. All part-time employees who have been employed thirty (30) calendar days or more and have worked an average of at least thirty-two (32) hours or more per week on the four (4) weeks preceding the week in which the General Holiday occurs, shall receive eight (8) hours’ pay at his regular hourly rate for each holiday.
