Common use of Part-Time Operator Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Operator. The words "part-time operator" shall mean an operator who occupies a position which is normally assigned hours of work in accordance with the provisions of Part I, Article 22-Part-Time Operators of this Agreement. Part-time operators shall not be considered to be spare operators or regular operators and shall not be considered to be temporary, probationary or permanent employees, as defined by this Agreement.
