Part-Time Probationary Period. 97. Upon qualification as a transit Operator, such employee will serve a probationary period in accordance with Civil Service rules. The probationary period of a Part- Time Operator filling a position from an eligible list shall be for a period of six (6) consecutive months of regularly scheduled service as defined by Civil Service Rule 417.
