PART-TIME STAFF. The District shall contribute a pro-rata share, based upon the number of hours worked, of the District’s contribution for regular teachers working less than full-time, but in no case shall the District contribute any dollars for or toward the payment of premium for teachers who work less than twenty (20) hours or more per week.
