Common use of Part-Time Vacation Calculation and Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Vacation Calculation and Entitlement. Part-time employees shall receive vacation pay in accordance with the Manitoba Employment Standards Code, or if the part-time employee should choose to do so he/she shall have the opportunity to select a scheduled vacation time and receive his/her vacation pay at the time said vacation is utilized. If entitlement is less than forty (40) hours then vacation may be booked in that allotment.
