Common use of Part Clause in Contracts

Part. Reports 1. COMPANY monitors the availability of the CLOUD SERVICE and produces a monthly report. 2. COMPANY shall publish these reports in the following month, at COMPANY’s discretion either making them directly available to CUSTOMER in the CLOUD SERVICE or sending them to CUS- TOMER via email.
