Participant Account Statements. 9.3 The Administrative Agent shall provide a statement of account to each Participant setting out the activity relating to the Participant’s Account on an annual basis. Participant Account Statements. Participants shall be provided on-line access to review the transactions and status of such Participant’s Stock Share Account. Such on-line account access shall reflect, but not necessarily be limited to, (a) the Participant’s contributions to the Plan, (b) the number of shares of Common Stock allocated to the Participant’s Stock Share Account, (c) the dividends and interest (if any) allocated to the Participant’s Stock Share Account, and (d) the cumulative total of shares held in the Participant’s Stock Share Account.

  • Account Statements Securities Intermediary shall send Secured Party and Pledgor written account statements with respect to the Reserve Account not less frequently than monthly. Reports or confirmation of the execution of orders and statements of account shall be conclusive if not objected to in writing within thirty (30) days after delivery.

  • Loan Account Account Stated Agent shall maintain in accordance with its usual and customary practices an account or accounts (“Loan Account”) evidencing the Debt of Borrowers resulting from each Loan or issuance of a Letter of Credit from time to time.   • Bank Account Statements The Current Issuer Cash Manager shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that it receives a monthly bank statement in relation to each Current Issuer Transaction Account and Swap Collateral Cash Account and that it furnishes a copy of such statements to the Current Issuer, with a copy to the Note Trustee upon its request.

  • Reports to the Trustee; Collection Account Statements Not later than twenty days after each Distribution Date, the Servicer shall forward, upon request, to the Trustee and the Depositor the most current available bank statement for the Collection Account.   • Maintenance of Loan Account; Statements of Account (a) The Administrative Agent shall maintain an account on its books in the name of the Borrowers (each, the “Loan Account”) which will reflect (i) all Revolving Credit Loans and other advances made by the Lenders to the Borrowers or for the Borrowers’ account, (ii) all Letter of Credit Disbursements, fees and interest that have become payable as herein set forth, and (iii) any and all other monetary Obligations that have become payable.

  • Certificate Accounts (a) For each Series, the Trustee shall establish and maintain one or more Eligible Accounts (collectively, the "Certificate Accounts"), which shall be Securities Accounts and shall be held in trust in the name of the Trustee for its benefit and the benefit of Certificateholders of such Series. The Trustee on behalf of such Certificateholders shall possess all right, title and interest in all funds on deposit from time to time in each Certificate Account and in all proceeds thereof. With respect to each Series and in accordance with Section 2.06, the Certificate Accounts shall be under the sole dominion and control (including, without limitation, Securities Control) of the Trustee for the benefit of the related Certificateholders. With respect to each Series, not later than the close of business on the Business Day on which the Trustee receives such amounts in the form of immediately available funds (so long as such funds are received by the Trustee by 3:00 p.m., New York City time, and on the next Business Day otherwise), the Trustee shall deposit or cause to be deposited in the Certificate Accounts all amounts received by it with respect to the Deposited Assets, any Credit Support and all Liquidation Proceeds related to such Series including:

  • Daily Statement of Accounts Custodian will, within a reasonable time, render to Fund as of the close of business on each day, a detailed statement of the amounts received or paid and of securities received or delivered for the account of Fund during said day. Custodian will, from time to time, upon request by Fund, render a detailed statement of the securities and monies held for Fund under this Agreement, and Custodian will maintain such books and records as are necessary to enable it to do so and will permit such persons as are authorized by Fund including Fund's independent public accountants, access to such records or confirmation of the contents of such records; and if demanded, will permit federal and state regulatory agencies to examine the securities, books and records. Upon the written instructions of Fund or as demanded by federal or state regulatory agencies, Custodian will instruct any subcustodian to give such persons as are authorized by Fund including Fund's independent public accountants, access to such records or confirmation of the contents of such records; and if demanded, to permit federal and state regulatory agencies to examine the books, records and securities held by subcustodian which relate to Fund. Fund will be entitled to receive reports produced by the Custodian's portfolio accounting system, including without limitation, those listed on Exhibit C hereof.

  • Review of Servicer’s Records The Servicer will maintain records and documents relating to its performance under this Agreement according to its customary business practices. On reasonable request not more than once during any year, the Servicer will give the Issuer, the Depositor, the Administrator, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee (or their representatives) access to the records and documents to conduct a review of the Servicer’s performance under this Agreement. Any access or review will be conducted at the Servicer’s offices during its normal business hours at a time reasonably convenient to the Servicer and in a manner that will minimize disruption to its business operations. Any access or review will be subject to the Servicer’s confidentiality and privacy policies.
