Participant’s Records. (a) Participant shall be solely responsible for compliance with any applicable regulatory requirements related to the preservation, privacy and security of its own records, including, without limitation, data backup, disaster recovery, and emergency mode operation. Participant acknowledges that IHIN does not undertake to provide such services.
