Return of Employer's Property. After Employee has received notice of termination or at the end of the term hereof, whichever first occurs, Employee shall promptly return to Employer all documents and other property in his possession belonging to Employer.

The obligations of Executive under this Section 6 shall survive the termination of Executive’s employment and the expiration for termination of this Agreement.
Return of Employer's Property. Employee represents that he has returned to Employer any and all property, records, papers, documents and writings, in whatever form, of Employer in Employee’s possession and/or control, and that he has not retained any copies thereof, in whatever form.

The Employer's Property shall belong exclusively to the Employer and shall be delivered to the Employer immediately upon termination of Executive's employment with the Employer, for whatever reason said termination occurs. The obligations of Executive under this Section 6 shall survive the termination of Executive's employment and the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

After termination of his employment with Employer, upon written request of Employer, Employee will promptly deliver to Employer, without copying or summarizing, all Trade and Business Secrets, Proprietary and Confidential Information and Company Materials, that is in Employee’s possession or under Employee’s control, including, without limitation, all physical property, keys, documents, lists, electronic storage media, manuals, letters, notes, reports, including all originals, reproductions, recordings, disks, or other media.

Employee shall, upon termination of his employment with Employer, return to Employer all property of Employer in his possession, including all notes, reports, sketches, plans, published memoranda or other documents, whether in hard copy or in computer form, created, developed, generated, received, or held by Employee during employment, concerning or related to Employer's business, whether containing or relating to Proprietary Information or not. Employee shall not remove, by e-mail, by removal of computer discs or hard drives, or by other means, any of the above property containing Proprietary Information, or reproductions or copies thereof, or any apparatus from Employer's premises without Employer's authorization.

On termination of employment or whenever requested by the Employer, the Employee shall immediately deliver to the Employer all property in his possession or under his control belonging to the Employer including, but not limited to the equipment, supplies, records, and other personal property under Employee's control, which is the Employer's, in good condition, with ordinary wear and tear and damage by any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Employee excepted.
